Your journey begins in Hanoi, exploring market-to-table cuisine and colonial-era refinement. You’ll taste the countryside’s soul in Ninh Binh, dine like royalty in imperial Hue, and immerse yourself in the artisanal food scene of Hoi An.

The narrative concludes in the south, with modern gastronomy and street food in Ho Chi Minh City, and the fresh, tropical flavors of the Mekong Delta. This is not just a tour of Vietnam; it’s a journey of tasting its history, culture, and heart.

Itinerary

Your sensory story begins as you land at Noi Bai Airport (HAN). Your guide will greet you, and we'll dive into the city's atmosphere. You'll take a Cyclo ride through the bustling Old Quarter and the grand French Quarter, a perfect, slow-paced introduction. We'll pause for a tasting of the iconic Vietnamese Egg Coffee, a true Hanoian specialty.

After checking into your hotel, your evening begins with a welcome dinner at a restaurant celebrated for its refined Northern Vietnamese cuisine, such as Home Hanoi Restaurant or the elegant Press Club.

A full day dedicated to the senses. This morning, you'll visit the vibrant Dong Xuan Market with a local chef, learning how to select the freshest ingredients. This is followed by a private cooking class where you'll learn to create classic Hanoian dishes, which you'll then enjoy for lunch.

This afternoon, indulge in the colonial elegance of afternoon tea at the Metropole’s Le Club Bar. Following this, you'll be pampered with a sensory spa ritual using lotus essence. For dinner, experience a different side of Vietnamese cuisine with a modern, artistic tasting menu at Uu Dam Chay.

Today, we journey to the countryside. After a scenic drive to Ninh Binh, you'll board a traditional sampan boat for a mesmerizing journey through the UNESCO-listed landscapes of Trang An or Tam Coc, gliding silently past limestone karsts and through water caves.

Your lunch is a true taste of the region at a traditional house, featuring local specialties like goat meat, burnt rice (com chay), and local rice wine. This evening, you'll check into your tranquil resort and enjoy a relaxing herbal bath experience.

We journey east to the coast to board your 5-star floating sanctuary in Halong Bay. Enjoy an onboard seafood lunch as the ship glides out into the bay, a spectacle of thousands of limestone cliffs.

This afternoon is for relaxation and culinary indulgence. As the sun begins to set, you'll be treated to a sunset oyster and wine pairing on the deck. This is followed by a fine dining dinner under the stars.

Greet the dawn with a gentle Tai Chi session on the sundeck. After a final, relaxing morning, you'll enjoy a full Brunch (BR) as the cruise returns to the pier.

Upon disembarking, your private driver will provide a seamless, direct transfer to Noi Bai Airport (HAN) in Hanoi for your afternoon flight to Hue (HUI), the former imperial capital. This evening, you will enjoy a truly royal experience: a Hue Royal Cuisine dinner on a private boat cruising the gentle Perfume River.

Today is a full immersion into imperial gastronomy. You'll visit a vibrant local market and the bustling Dong Ba Market to see the unique ingredients of Hue. This is followed by a royal cooking class at a beautiful garden house.

For lunch, you'll dine with your local hosts, feasting on the dishes you helped prepare and sampling Hue classics like banh khoai (Hue pancake), nem lui (lemongrass skewers), and the original bun bo Hue. The afternoon is free for a unique sensory experience: a scent-making workshop using local flowers and herbs.
